Equicel®

Equicel is an oxidised cellulose made from cotton developed by Equimedical. The product has an excellent haemostatic effect, a neutral pH value and is 100% resorbed, which is of great help to many surgical procedures. Equicel is class III registered.

Equitamp®

Equitamp is an oxidised cellulose made from viscose developed by Equimedical. Equitamp has a more neutral pH value and it does not inactivate thrombin. Equitamp is 100% resorbed. It is class III registered.

Equispon®

Equispon is a gelatine sponge produced by Equimedical. Gelatine sponges are known to the market and as such Equispon is identical to other available gelatine sponges. Equispon is class III registered; it is fully resorbable.

Equiwax®

Equiwax is a bone wax - a simple but effective method to stop bleedings from bone. Equiwax is a class IIb registered; it is not resorbed.
